Sugarloaf Social Club gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a refund within 14 days of original purchase. Return must be received and processed within 14 days to receive a refund. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. All monogrammed and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Certain limited edition items are also not eligible for return.

Note: We are currently only accepting exchanges for variants of the same product (size, color, or a replacement product). Exchanges are based on product availability. You may also return/exchange for store credit if you prefer to wait for the next drop instead of exchanging.

Return and Exchange Process
To start a return or Exchange, please send please visit our . You will be asked to provide your order number and your zip code to begin the process.
You will be provided with a prepaid return label to ship your item back. Once your return has shipped, you will receive an email confirming that your refund has been processed. Please note that it may take several business days for the return to be reflected in your bank/credit account.
A $5.00 USD return/restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for returns. There is no fee for exchanges.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or shipping error on our part.
